I've stayed here twice now with my dogs. The hotel is great when it comes to pets because they don't charge a pet fee. The staff is friendly and prompt with service. The rooms were both clean and I had no issues. Me and my two puppies will definitely be using this location again.
This location is great as it is in the heart of Springfield and you can get to numerous different shopping centers for all your needs in a matter of minutes, or you can get to the several different highways, all from here. The service here is good. They get you into your room quickly and they are professional and courteous. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are clean. This is a good stay for a good price, and they have an even better deal if you stay for the week.
I've been staying at this hotel for longer than expected since Aug. 30 and I will say that because of the help of the staff Sanji, Elyas and Jacky, I feel the love from them. They have helped me with check-in from the start when a so called booking company( super+.com) dropped the ball on me and messed up my reservation and left me out on a branch and had to refund me my money because they screwed up. I would stay clear of them but Luckily for me Sanji was working and took care of me and saved the day, as she felt my pain of waiting all day. During the rest of my stay and rebooking due to having to stay longer Elyas steppes up and with his kiindness and understanding made it so much a breeze checking in than my first encounter. I just can't say enough about the staff here as I'm still here and came across Jacky when checking in and I must say that Motel 6 knew just who would be the best fit for the job of dealing with the public as she treated me with the upmost respect and kindness and her knowledge of the hotel is awesome especially when it came to booking and value. I will forever remember my stay here because the staff make you feel loved and are happy to see you happy. Thank you Motel 6 for knowing just who to have to make your guest feel welcome. I been going on about the staff and forgot to mention that the rooms are spacious and clean. The insis e and outside common areas are clean. This Motel 6 is very highly recommended and I plan on staying here as long as I have to. I love it here.

honestly this is one of the good motel in springfield area. nice and quite. always clean. good customer service. i always feel welcome and appreciated. recommend to everyone. lots of restaurants and big parking lot available. laundry facilities and free coffee at the lobby.

As this was my very first visit at Motel 6 Noor the front desk representative made check-in extremely easy and quick. Her attitude was pleasant and kind and she made sure to answer each question I asked with much professionalism. She is definitely a great representative to this establishment.
